Dance
A range of different styles, but mainly contemporary. Learn technique, explore through creative tasks, develop choreographic, performance and teamwork skills, build confidence and self-esteem.
Mind & Mobility
Keeping the body and mind fit and healthy, these sessions focus on various exercises and movements which stimulate parts of the brain we don't often use, whilst also encouraging body mobilisation.
Makaton
These sessions involve learning a range of Makaton signs which can be used in everyday life, this is done through games, activities and learning Makaton songs in a relaxed, friendly environment.
Fitness
Working together to safely improve cariovascular and muscular endurance; increasing stamina and muscle strength, in a fun, supportive way.
Yoga
Yoga sessions help to improve strength, balance and flexibility and can help improve mental wellbeing, relieving stress and allowing the body to relax and relieve tension.
Relaxation
These sessions involve sensory exploration, using various props, breathing techniques and story visualisations to help relax our mind and body.
Additional services
Shows
Support can be offered when putting on performances, such as: Choreographing dances with groups, teaching Makaton songs, supporting with music, organisation, advertising, programmes, certificates etc.
Arts Award
Arts Award Qualifications can be achieved through the sessions, currently at Discover and Explore levels.
